Telecommuting which also know by the name of teleworking is the act of working from a remote location, usually use at home.This is made simple to a workers with the use of various telecommunications technologies like an example telephone,fax machine and internet.Many telecommuters also set a web conferencing to allowing them to sit in the office meeting by use via modem and webcam  or the very least a conference call.

In the other hand, telecommuting equipment is provided by the company, and its up to the teleworker  to provide an office space free of distraction. For telecommuter , the benefit abound. Telecommuting have their disadvantage too.It can be rather lonely by missing out on the office gossip and small company meetings, one can also miss out on vital pieces of information. Even though most telecommuters enjoy working without a micromanaging supervisor looking over their shoulders, they also admit it's difficult for them to get a proper review when their employers can't see them on a day-to-day basis. It's difficult to stand out in an organization or be a team player when you're not there everyday.It will lack of workers social activities and communication with other workers.

The advantage of telecommuting is allows for employees to save money on certain overhead expenses such as utilities.In addition suchy a telecommuters are happier, they are often more productive,they may spend time or lunch breaks or chit chatting around thye coffee maker.

As one'Z conclusion,telecommuting is the most high technologies use nowadays and it have a lot of advantage and disadvantage.To make our company to be efficient n effective telecommuting can be the one of the best way to use.

Configuring WiFi
On the newest machines, an 802.11 card will automatically connect with an 802.11 hotspot and a network connection will be established. As soon as you turn on your machine, it will connect and you will be able to browse the Web, send email, etc. using WiFi. On older machines you often have to go through this simple 3-step process to connect to a hotspot:

Access the software for the 802.11 card - normally there is an icon for the card down in the system tray at the bottom right of the screen.
Click the "Search button" in the software. The card will search for all of the available hotspots in the area and show you a list.

On ancient 802.11 equipment, there is no automatic search feature. You have to find what is known as the SSID of the hotspot (usually a short word of 10 characters or less) as well as the channel number (an integer between 1 and 11) and type these two pieces of information in manually. All the search feature is doing is grabbing these two pieces of information from the radio signals generated by the hotspot and displaying them for you.

According to F-Secure, "As much malware was produced in 2007 as in the previous 20 years altogether." Malware's most common pathway from criminals to users is through the Internet primarily by e-mail and the World Wide Web.

The prevalence of malware as a vehicle for organized Internet crime, along with the general inability of traditional anti-malware protection platforms (products) to protect against the continuous stream of unique and newly produced malware, has seen the adoption of a new mindset for businesses operating on the Internet: the acknowledgment that some sizable percentage of Internet customers will always be infected for some reason or another, and that they need to continue doing business with infected customers. The result is a greater emphasis on back-office systems designed to spot fraudulent activities associated with advanced malware operating on customers' computers.

Malware is not the same as defective software, that is, software that has a legitimate purpose but contains harmful bugs. Sometimes, malware is disguised as genuine software, and may come from an official site. Therefore, some security programs, such as McAfee may call malware "potentially unwanted programs" or "PUP". Though a computer viruses is malware that can reproduce itself, the term is often used to refer to the entire category.

AaL IzZ  weLL meaning all things is gonna be alright is the tagline for the film entitled 3 idiots.I had watched this film at channel astro fiesta last year.Before this i'm not an interested in bollywood film,but when i watched this film for the first time,i feel that this is the best film i ever watched.My brother also like this film untill his bought a DVD to watched it.

This film is about a person name Ranchonddas Shymaldas Chanchad (Rancho),Farhan Qureshi(Farhan) and Raju Rastogi (Raju)who was entered at  the Imperial College of Engineering,one of the best college in India.Raju and Farhan are average student from modest family backgrounds,and Ranchos is from the rich family.

Farhan truely not interested to being an engineer but more interest to wildlife photographer,but to fulfill his father wish to make him  be an engineer he didn't brave to told the truth.Raju in the other hand wants to uplift his family life.Rancho the wealthy genius who study for the sheer joy of it.

Rancho who is the genius student  and passion about knowledge and taking apart and building machines rather than the conventional obsession of the other students with exam ranks.With his different approach Rancho incurs the wrath of dean of college, Professor.Viru Sahasrabuddhe (ViruS). Ranchos irritate Professor ViruS lecture by give an unorthodox n creative question n always confronts ViruS after one of the student imperial college hangs at the dormitory room,Jojo Lobo.

With the Rancho's talent n free spirit, Virus label him an "idiot" and make a plan to destroy his friendship with Raju n Farhan.He also warning them to stare away from Rancho.Besides that,Rancho's also dislike ViruS  model student Chatur Ramalingam or "Silencer" .

Rancho also make his friends happy with their life n study and not bother the ViruS rule and warning.Among them,Raju most worried if he will kick out from the college because he is very poor n his dad was illness.He is the one n only hope for his family.So he stare away from Rancho.Rancho feel that Raju don't need to stare away from him because he love their friendship n planned with Farhan to make Raju come back to them.

One day,Raju mother call Rancho n tell her husband sickness is critical n suddenly Rancho with accompany with Dr.Pia who is ViruS daughter visit Raju house.

Started from that day,Raju joined n back to them because Rancho's safe his father life.In the other hand,Pia sister want to labour,but with the storm cuts all power n traffic n Pia still in the hospital, so she  instructs Rancho to deliver baby.When ViruS saw it,he was suprised that Rancho can do it.He started likes that boy n di not angry with him anymore.Rancho n his friend can graduated with honour class.

After the graduation day,Raju,Farhan n Dr.Pia didn't met Rancho anymore.From their information,Ranchonddas Shymaldas Chanchand is not the real name for Rancho.They was shocked n try to find him.When their informer told that Rancho now live in Ladakh,they dire to that place.When they arrived,they saw an enthusiastic Ladakhi children who is motivated by love knowledge.When they met Rancho,they ask for his real name n he told that his real name is Phunsukh Wangdu who is the famous n successful scientist in the world.

That is the some of the synopsis for this film.From this film,as one'Z conclusion that the friendship is the best thing which is always happen in our life.If i got a friend like Rancho i think that i will be the happier friend in the world. T he film also teach us that don't  be a selfish person with each other.In this film also show that we can not force a person to be what we want but follow their heart to be what they want as long they happy n joy with it.Thats why i like this film very much <3

Opera house...KangarOO..Gold Coast...Koala...Looney tuneS Theme pArk....all of this is in the Australia.This is country i would like to visit with my family.Last year, my brother took his family went to Australia,they went to Perth.He bought a koala bear keychain for me n my sisters.I'm so jealousy because he got to met with the kangaroo n the koala because the koala is a difficult animal  to see and the one and only place we can meet them at the Australia.

Australia have  the mainland state capitals of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. The nation's capital city is Canberra. In the Sydney,it have a big and unique Opera House.This place is a multi-venue performing arts centre in the world.one of the busiest performing arts centre hosting over 1500 performence each year attended by 1.2 million people. It is the most popular place visited by tourist and every year seven  million visitor visit the site.

Kangaroo is a marsupial from the family 'Macropodidae' meaning the largest foot.The term use to describe the largest species from this family.The Kangaroo is a national symbol of Australia.It is important for this country because it consequently there are numerous popular culture references.

Thats are many things about Australia but i only write an interesting parts of it.This place also have a looney toons park like disneyland which.is situated in Gold Coast.I read in the newspaper that it was the famous place among the visitors especially children.I hope that one day i will have a vacation in Australia with my family.

As one'Z conclusion,Australia is the awsome country to have vacation because it have many place to visit and suitable to children to know about the endangered animals in the world.

Family....family..and  family....everybody have family, I also have too.I have a very big family. If i tell the number of my family,you will shock because nowadays we rarely heard that the huge number of siblings. In my family have one n the only lovely mummy n one n the only very responsiblility daddy. My mom is a housewife n my dad is a retired teacher. I have 13 siblings,7 sons n 6 daughter. I'm the 11 daughter in the family. we also can be a football team because most of my sibling fanatic with the English Premier League.We have Manchester United fans,Chelsea fans,Arsenal fans and  Liverpool fans.When they have match each other club,my house like a mini stadium for them....;-)it made my house happening.

Besides that, I feel that i'm very lucky person because I he have a best chef in the world,my mother.She is very good cooker because all the dishes she cook not dissappointed n we can eat with full of love.My next door neighbour also addict with the dishes cook by my mom likes soto,sambal tumis n rendang itik.My father is the best dadady in the world because he is very sporting n always give us advise to successful in our study,life n work.The best advise that my father give it to me n i used it untill now is "to be a successful person,you must have a top strength of physical n mental  n a  lot of patience" .

Although my siblings always busy with  their  own carier but they didn't  forgot to spend time together by went to vacation. Last year,we went to Pangkor Island n Kedah Darul Aman. Thats was the best vacation because we went to Anak Bukit Palace,Pekan Rabu,paddy field n others.Thats was my first time saw the original paddy n the paddy field was very awsome n beautiful scenery.

These is the some photo I can share with you guys.It was interesting memories.If we didn't went to vacation,we also went to 'Medan Ikan Bakar' to have a bigger dinner or made a barbeque at our house.We almost made barbeque because it made us to be more closed each other n  shared our experienced n ideas in the same time.
